TECHNOLOGY

Our modular, fully integrated electrochemical system utilises water and renewable energy to convert carbon dioxide into ethylene, which is then converted into high quality fuels and lubricants by a well-known, mature technology that has long been applied to ethylene sourced from petroleum. Our ethylene is carbon-neutral, so the fuels and lubricants made from it are also carbon neutral.

Designed with scalability in mind, our system offers a sustainable alternative to fossil fuel-based production methods.

RECYCLING CARBON DIOXIDE

Using renewable energy, our e-fuel system recycles carbon dioxide into valuable carbon-neutral fuels and lubricants, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable future.

 We use carbon dioxide to make our products and when they are burned, the carbon dioxide returns to the air, to be used again.

SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

The products of our system are a higher quality and performance than those made from petroleum. The vital difference is that our products are made sustainably from water and carbon dioxide, so equipment fuelled by those products can be used without increasing the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Our system can potentially free the world from the unsustainable consumption of fossil fuels.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Our process uses only environmentally benign inputs and materials and does not produce any hazardous waste streams. Our by-products are oxygen and hydrogen, both useful chemicals.

We are a small and nimble team of chemistry, arts, IT and engineering professionals based in Australia.

Building on more than a decade of specialist fuel and lubricants experience, one of our founders has spent over 25 years exploring scalable pathways for producing sustainable alternatives for fossil fuel products.

This research culminated in the first designs of the electrolyser at the heart of our system.

Our diverse skill sets, practical skills and ingenuity have enabled us to make rapid progress. Our journey continues as we build our fully integrated pilot plant.
